Alliance Maintenance is the services arm of Alliance Installations and Source Display, a Richmond manufacturer with roots going back to 1979.

When a fix needs something custom, we build it in our 35,000 sq ft Richmond shop and install it ourselves. That's something most maintenance vendors can't offer.

Can you build custom products?
Yes. Our 35,000 sq ft Richmond shop builds custom steel work, fencing, brackets, and guards in-house. If a fix needs something off-the-shelf parts can't solve, we can make it and install it under the same work order.
What areas of BC do you cover?
We work across the Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley, Squamish, Vancouver Island, the Kootenays, and the Thompson-Okanagan. If you have locations outside these regions, get in touch, and we'll let you know what we can cover.
Can you service multiple locations under one point of contact?
Yes. One vendor, one work order system, one invoice across every location you operate in BC. That's how we work with national retail brands today.
What kinds of work do you take on?
Anything that keeps a retail or commercial location running. Repairs, refreshes, displays and signage, flooring, door hardware, plumbing, pest control, refrigeration coordination, custom fabrication, and scheduled facility upkeep are all part of our normal scope.
How do work orders and billing work?
Submit through your existing facilities system or call us directly. We scope, dispatch, and complete the job, then send one consolidated invoice. We're already an approved, insured vendor for several major Canadian retail chains, so onboarding is usually quick if not already in place.
