Send us your drawings and we'll do a takeoff and quote the scope. Straightforward, no commitment.

Manufacture

Your order is built at our Richmond facility. Standard products or custom fabrication. Steel work, welding, and powder coating all happen under one roof.

Step 03

Installation

Our crews handle the install on site and coordinate with your team to fit the construction schedule. Typical install pace is 80 lockers per day.

What information do you need to provide a quote?
Send us your parkade drawings and let us know your target install window if you have one. We'll do a takeoff and send back a quote promptly.
What are your typical lead times?
Two weeks average from approved submittal to first delivery on standard product. Custom fabrications and large-volume orders are scheduled to align with your construction phasing.
Do you install across all of BC?
Yes. Our core service area covers BC — Greater Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, Vancouver Island, the Kootenays, and the Thompson-Okanagan. We also take on projects across Western Canada.
Can you fabricate to custom dimensions?
Yes. In-house design and fabrication means we build to your drawings. Non-standard locker sizes, custom cages, expanded metal partitions, transformer enclosures, and parkade-specific protection are all standard work for us.
How long does a typical installation take?
Our crews install up to 80 standard lockers per day. Most multifamily projects run 1–4 days on site, phased around your active construction.
Do you provide storage planning services for bicycle rooms?
Yes. We can review your parkade drawings and recommend layouts that maximize stall counts — particularly using our city-approved 2-tier rack system, which fits up to 12 bikes in an 8-foot wide room.
